- Inspection of coil for defects.
- 10% discount on HVAC repairs.
- Inspection and cleaning of blower assembly.
- Measuring high and low side system pressures.
- Monitoring of system for correct line and load volts/amps.
- Monitoring of system starting characteristics and capabilities.
- Monitoring of system operation per manufacturer’s specifications.
- Checking of combustion blower housing for lint and debris and cleaning as necessary.
- Inspection of flue system-check for proper attachment to the furnace, any dislocated sections, and for signs of corrosion.
- Listening for abnormal noise.
- 2-year parts warranty on repairs.

- Checking & cleaning of existing air filters. (replacement extra)
- Inspection of control box, associated controls, wiring and connections.
- Inspectiong of conditioned airflow system (ductwork) – checking for leaks while your system is operating. (Only if accessible)
Exclusions
HVAC system(s) must be operational to perform regularly scheduled maintenance.
The supply and replacing of air filters is not included as a program benefit, but can potentially be provided at a cost.
