Brandon and Bronson were so helpful in answering all questions. The installation/maintenance team have been in touch with us since have been so knowledgeable and helpful. We set the thermostat at 72 and we literally never change it. So quiet. Sleeping better. My breathing has been better as well. We noticed cleaner air in our house within 48 hours. It was so easy to get my ducted heat pump installed with Darius. Bronson explained everything to me & filled out all the paperwork for the government grants and when I had other questions, he came back to my house to explain. All I had to do then was wait until my installation day. On the day of installation Dustin was very professional & friendly & worked really hard to get it installed in a timely manner. The unit itself seamlessly fits into our home, I barely notice it on the wall. The outdoor unit is small, so it easily tucked away and isn't noticeable.
